Fuzzybeards Lagoon

	Fuzzbeard: Fuzzbeard was as fearsome a pirate and as rotten a scoundrel as any you'd ever find. That all changed the day he came ashore to search for buried treasures and met Mickey, who told him about the greatest treasure of all, Jesus. Although Fuzzbeard has set the course of his life for a relationship with Christ, he's still learning the ropes. Fuzzbeard enjoys corny puns and singing falsetto. He's also been known to swap out his hook for a fork and a lollypop, among other things.
	Sparky: Much of Sparky's life is shrouded in mystery. This much is known; he was working as a barker at the Hampton Fair when he met Fuzzbeard. The two quickly became friends; the old pirate finding the salty dog's company preferable to that of the traditional parrot (not to mention less messy). Sparky often finds himself the rudder of wisdom that steers Fuzzbeard and the kids in the right direction during their adventures. He enjoys bacon and tummy rubs. Sparky is also a master of disguise, a skill he sometimes employs in the pursuit of bacon.
	Mickey: Mickey's parents have encouraged his spiritual development at home and brought him to church regularly since he was a baby. He has thrived in his church's kidsiderate environment becoming a dynamic Christian at a young age. Others are drawn to his sincerity and appreciate that he is a good listener and a true friend. Mickey enjoys collecting foreign coins and learning about the countries where they came from.
	Elmer: A simple, easygoing country boy, Elmer spent most of his life in a rural community before moving to the city. He just started coming to church and has lots of questions, which he tends to ask the moment he thinks of them, due to his curiosity and honesty. Elmer enjoys wearing funny hats, likes robots and thinks knock-knock jokes are a hoot.
	Sally: Sally began coming to church as a result of the bus ministry. She is the only member of her family who is a Christian and like Fuzzbeard, she is still learning about her newfound faith. A natural leader, Sally tends to take charge when there is a need for organization. Her favorite vacation destination is Reptile Ranch and she wants to be a herpetologist when she grows up. Sally is particularly fond of alligators and crocodiles. She is rarely seen without her alligator hat, which has earned her the nickname "Salligator".
	Michelle: Michelle's upbringing is similar to Mickey's in that she has been attending church regularly since she was a baby. Her parents have been active in various ministries (often as leaders) for as long as she can remember. Michelle is well versed in church lingo and the meaning of the words have not been lost on her. She became a Christian not long after Mickey. Michelle likes ponies, enjoys fairy tales and dreams of becoming a princess.

The Glofurs Bright Spot

	Puff-Puff: A bright creature, Puff-Puff marvels at the many good and true things revealed by God's light. He has a vivid imagination and his reaction to things is often over the top. Puff-Puff is scared of the dark and ushers. He is capable of great boldness and insight, however, his impetuous nature sometimes gets him into trouble. Puff-Puff's fondest wish is that a hurricane will someday bear his name.
	Slice: A glowing creature, Slice is rarely anything other than composed. His attitude reflects the assurance that comes from walking in the light of the Lord. Slice would like to become a television news anchor or a game show host, either of which he would be well suited for, because he is quite affable.
	Snoball: A radiant creature, Snoball rejoices in the love that grows and flourishes in God's light. Her sweet and soft spoken manner contrasts her fierce dedication to those she cares about. Snoball enjoys growing flowers and plants. She also likes making new friends.
